 By Haziq Asyraf       Ulsan HD FC suffered their third consecutive defeat in the FIFA Club World Cup, losing 0-1 to German side Borussia Dortmund in their last Group F encounter at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. The defending K League 1 winners, led by Kim Pan-gon, were already eliminated after losing to Mamelodi Sundowns (1-0) and Fluminense FC (4-2).      Despite requiring a victory to be in contention, Dortmund entered the game having drawn 0-0 with Fluminense and defeated Sundowns 4-3. The breakthrough came in the 36th minute, when Jobe Bellingham set up Daniel Svensson for the game's lone goal.      Ulsan were statistically outplayed, with only three efforts on goal to Dortmund's 28. Their departure signals a dismal conclusion to their campaign under Kim's leadership.

 By Haziq Asyraf            At the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, former Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold made a mixed debut for Real Madrid, formally ushering in a new era of his career.         The 26-year-old began for Xabi Alonso's team in their opening encounter of the Club World Cup against Al-Hilal, which finished in a 1-1 tie. He was wearing a white jersey with the name "Trent" and the number 12 on the back.             Alexander-Arnold's departure from his boyhood club after 354 appearances and every major prize won was already evident, but it has now been felt on American soil.           Before being replaced in the 65th minute, the England international, who cost £8.4 million when he signed his Liverpool deal, participated in both the good and bad parts of the game.

With a roster of new heritage players, Peter Cklamovski's team spent the first half attempting to get on the same page and struggling to create cracks in Vietnam's defence. Their energetic approach almost resulted in a goal in the 35th minute, when Dion Cools sent a blazing shot from beyond the penalty box that struck the right goalpost.  BY Haziq Asyraf      In a surprising upset, the ASEAN All-Stars defeated English football powerhouse Manchester United 1-0 on May 28 at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil in the Maybank Challenge Cup. An enthusiastic 72,550 spectators watched the game, which was full of high-energy attempts from both teams. The All-Stars fired a number of dangerous shots early on, especially from Sandro Reyes of the Philippines and Nguyen Hai Long of Vietnam, but United's goalie Andre Onana played excellent defence.      Early in the match, Manchester United, led by head coach Ruben Amorim, switched up their lineup, adding young players like Jaydan Kamason, Shea Lacey, Daniel Armer, and Sekou Kone.
