And just like that, every uncle becomes a seller, the roads are lined with thorny fruits, and students everywhere are either running toward the smell or running from it.But let’s be honest,whether you love it or hate it, you can’t escape it.
Students are drawn to durian season for several reasons. First, when durian is in abundance, prices become more affordable,making it a perfect seasonal treat for those on a student budget. The rich, creamy texture and sweet-bitter flavor make it a comfort food that hits differently, especially after a long, stressful week.
Durian season is more than just fruit it’s a festival. A time for friends to gather, laugh, debate “which one better”, and get messy together. Whether you're a hardcore Musang King fan or still recovering from your first taste trauma, one thing's for sure:
