Laughter, Love, and Little Hands

That day, entertainment hardly meant loud music or fancy shows it was the way little hands clung tightly to our own, laughter resounding through rather simple games, and just the way they looked at us, as if we mattered. We were not there only to entertain them. We came to make them smile, but ended by smiling through tears.

There are moments when entertainment isn't to help us exit. It is about bonding. An ennobling presence in a space that needed it dearly a gentle reminder that love-even the simplest kind-is the most potent show this world can offer.
