In My Space, I Find Peace
By Haziq Asyraf
When I’m not stable, I choose to be alone. It’s my way of finding a quiet moment amid chaos,a peaceful pause that brings relief and clarity.
I know some people misunderstand this need for solitude, but I don’t care. For me, being alone isn’t isolation; it’s a reset. It gives me the space to think about what comes next even if I figure out nothing dramatic, it still provides a little hope.
If you’re afraid of being alone, remember: there’s nothing to fear. We all need space sometimes. And while solitude can heal, if you need more guidance, speaking with a psychiatrist might be the next helpful step.
